Trusted Support for Adults Living with Mental Illness
Serious mental illnesses are medical conditions that affect the brain and can impair a person’s social, emotional, and cognitive function. Fortunately, people living with serious mental illnesses can achieve meaningful relief, and most can regain control of their lives through a professionally guided treatment plan.
At West River Mental Health, we offer case management services designed for adults living with serious mental illness who need consistent, personalized support to live well and thrive in their daily lives.

Individuals must meet the following criteria to be considered for case management services. The individual’s serious emotional, behavioral, or psychological disorder has resulted in at least one of the following:
