I received my Masters of Science Degree in Counseling & Human Resource Development from South Dakota State University. I have over 30 years of combined experience in the Human Services field. I utilize Motivational Interviewing & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, as well as place an emphasis on recognizing how mental health correlates with physical health.
